Arthur Skinner Neto

Arthur Skinner Neto is B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering and MBA in Management.

Arthur has spent over 31 years experiencing all aspects of the Telecommunications business life cycle; from needs assessment through service delivery. Prior to joining Arqueiro Telecom he was the Head of Telecommunications Services of the Rio2016 Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, responsible for delivery unparalleled client services.

Prior to joining Rio2016 he was Head of Managed Services at NSN, Sales Director at Telcordia Technologies, Group CTO at Digicel Pacific, CTO at Claro Brazil and Technical Director at TIM Brazil. He has also worked for ATL, Promon Eletrônica Ltda, PETROBRAS and TELERJ.
